Hosted Exchange
Setup information for your Hosted Exchange mailbox
Please select the application / device from the list below and follow the instructions on how to set it up on your device.
If your application / device is not listed, please contact us.
If you have any issues setting up the emails, please call us on 02476 997321 and if required we can remote into your computer and set it all up for you for a nominal charge.
Follow these steps to get setup
Settings for Outlook
Step 1: Go to File and then add Account
Step 2: Now type in your name, email address and password
(if you are unsure of what your Username and password are please contact us and we will advise you)
Step 3: Now click next, You will be asked to accept a connection from the server – tick the box and “All accept”.
Step 4: You will be asked for you details again and then outlook will open and you will see your emails.
Step 5: When you restart outlook, it is normal to ask for the password again.
Step 6: For Username and password, please contact us and we will advise you the right one for your account
Setting up on an Apple iPhone or iPad
Step 1: Make sure your phone is up to date with the latest iOS and then shut it down and start it up.
Step 2: Check all background programs are closed and that you have internet connection
Step 3: Now go to Settings -> Mail -> Add Account -> Exchange
Step 4: Now type in your name, email address and password
(if you are unsure of what your Username and password are please contact us and we will advise you)
Step 5: Now it should find the server and setup up the rest automatically. You may get some questions regarding the connection and certificates, select continue.
