– Job Filter/Application
Customer wanted to be able to advertise vacancies that arose within the business.
They wanted to have closing dates for each vacancy.
They wanted to receive CV’s electronically rather than in the post.
Solution
A functionality that allows for the different job vacancy to be listed in detail including the location of the job, whether it is a full time or part time position and most importantly the countdown timer to the closing date for applications.
Applicant completes the online form with their details and includes uploading their CV.
The application gets emailed to a specific person or department who are dealing with the recruitment process.
Finance My Car 365
– Custom Calculator
The client required a calculator on the website that will give their customers an idea of what the monthly repayment figure will be depending on their credit score, how much money they wanted to borrow and over what time span they wanted to repay the monies back at.
They also required a detailed form on the website for customers to Apply for Finance.
Solution
We added a calculator that was customised to the formula that the business worked with thus creating a customised calculator specific to this customer.
We also added a page on the website that captured the essential information required in order to complete an application form. By having all this information on one form eliminates any unnecessary calls to be made thus delaying the application. From an admin point of view it reduced the time required to make the application.
Coventry Figure Skating
– Booking System
During Covid-19 that skating rink had been closed since March 2020. In August the Club was allowed to resume training sessions for members once more but had to do this with the rules of Social Distancing implemented. This meant that they could only have a limited number of people on the ice at any one time. They needed to know who would be attending and required payment to be taken to secure the booking.
Solution
We have created a booking form for the Club that has been added to their existing website.
The Committee can ‘release’ the next available skating date as and when they want to.
They can also control the number of spaces that are available for each session depending on guidelines.
The number of available sessions for each date can be seen on the website and counts down.
The booking form is linked to their Stripe account which will take the payment at time of booking. Thus encouraging Contactless payment and no cash handling involved.
The Secretary receives an email notifying each booking that has been made.
The Club can also produce a csv file for each training day thus have a list of attendees for the instructors as a register.
No More Queueing
– Slot Booking System
Customer needs to be able to sell goods/services but adhere to social distancing rules in their premises and creating a safe environment for their staff and customers. Customers to be able to collect items on a pre-selected date and chosen time.
Solution
A website that allows for goods/services to be sold online.
Goods/services are selected via the site.
Customer also pre-selects the date and time that they want to collect.
Order is placed online. Owner is notified of the order via email.
Payment is taken online via Stripe, thus no cash handling involved on the premises.
Owner is paid for the items ahead of the goods being collected.
Order number is created for the customer and they get an email notification.
Customer attends the premises at their chosen time, shows their order number and goods are handed over.
No need for long and unnecessary queues to form on site.
Greek Church Coventry
– Donation System
This customer had an existing website but during Covid-19 as places of worship were closed for the unforeseeable future they needed a way to collect donations from churchgoers.
Solution
We added a donation page to the website with easy to use buttons for the value of donation that the worshipper wanted to make. Monies are taken Contactless and securely via the Church’s Stripe account. No requirement for cash handling or extra admin work.
SKT Coventry
– Events Calendar
This customer, a temple, had religious dates and events happening throughout the year that they wanted the worshippers to be aware of. They wanted to reduce the time that the priest spent on the phone answering questions about when a certain religious day/event was.
Solution
A events calendar was added to the website that is populated annually with the necessary dates and information. The calendar can be updated as and when required as ad hoc events are booked in. A counter also counts down the time to the event. The event can be added to a Google calendar at the click of a button or shared via social media.
